- Client Responsibilities
2.1 Cooperation and Information As a client, you agree to cooperate with BizzyMark and provide accurate and complete information necessary to perform the requested services. This may include providing access to relevant accounts, websites, and materials required for the completion of the project. You are responsible for ensuring that all provided information is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.
2.2 Timely Communication Prompt and timely communication is essential for the successful completion of projects. You agree to respond to inquiries, requests for information, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication may impact project timelines and deliverables.

3.1 Professional Advice While BizzyMark strives to provide accurate and reliable information, our Services do not constitute professional advice. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided or actions taken as a result of using our Services. Clients are advised to seek professional advice from qualified experts in their respective fields for specific guidance or concerns.

You acknowledge that the use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. BizzyMark does not endorse, warrant, or assume any responsibility for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party services.

4.1 Ownership Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to the Services and any deliverables created by BizzyMark shall remain the property of BizzyMark or its respective owners.
4.2 Client Materials You represent and warrant that any materials provided by you for the completion of the project (such as logos, text, images, or other content) do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties. You grant BizzyMark a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such materials solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
- Fees and Payment
5.1 Pricing and Payment Terms The pricing for our Services will be agreed upon between BizzyMark and the client on a per-project basis. You agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the Services rendered by BizzyMark. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of the project.
5.2 Late Payments In the event of late or non-payment, BizzyMark reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services and pursue any remedies available under applicable laws. You will be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by BizzyMark in collecting overdue payments, including legal fees.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection
6.1 Confidentiality BizzyMark acknowledges that in the course of providing the Services, we may have access to confidential information of the client. We will treat such information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
6.2 Data Protection BizzyMark will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, BizzyMark and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by you for the Services provided.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The language of the arbitration shall be English, and the arbitration shall be conducted through virtual or online means, using a platform mutually agreed upon by the parties.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any additional agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between BizzyMark and the client regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
